Samantha is also the only Florida-based agent affiliated with the #1 Douglas Elliman Team in New York City, noted as the #1 team in NYC.

One of her most notable sales includes a record-breaking sale in Highland Beach for $30.25 million, which closed in Sept. 2021.

Samantha Curry is recognized as the #1 Broker with the highest sales volume for the past five years (2019-2023) at The Bristol Palm Beach, the most coveted ultra-luxury condominium development in Florida. 

Samantha still holds the record for the highest recorded condominium sale-to-date in Palm Beach County. This transaction went under contract in 2018 and closed at $42.6 Million in 2019.
