Welcome to SoSo
Popular, quiet neighborhood with both historical and new homes on the border with Lake Worth
“SoSo” is a newer name for the area of West Palm Beach South of Southern Boulevard. In the past it’s been called the “Southend.” Whatever you call it, it’s become the new “hot” neighborhood in West Palm, as the neighborhood which long included an eclectic mix of historic homes and 40s and 50s era Florida “ranch” houses has seen an influx of new construction. With easy access to Palm Beach, the airport, or neighboring Lake Worth, SoSo offers a diverse selection of real estate and lifestyle options and newly coveted and hip status in its, relatively, secluded environment.
