Heather Bond

Heather Bond, Chief Operating Officer of The Samantha Curry Team, has over 19 years of experience managing the daily operations of buying and selling luxury properties. Originally from South Florida, Heather moved to New York City after studying Communications and Psychology at Florida State University to work in Marketing for Miramax Films. After five years in New York, Heather decided to head back to sunny South Florida to launch her career in Real Estate. Driven by her interest in being a part of a team and helping people find their dream home, she quickly began as a Marketing and Listings Manager for Keller Williams, where she worked for one of their top-selling realtors. At KW, Heather managed the entire listing process from market analysis to seller-need strategies and marketing and promotional activity.

Following nine years at Keller Williams, Heather moved on to KPL Development, Inc., where she oversaw the day-to-day operations and developed financial and business strategies relating to organizational property ownership. Heather joined The Samantha Curry Team at Douglas Elliman in September of 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. As an integral member of the team, Heather works alongside Samantha to manage the daily operations of listings and client relations. Her colleagues know Heather as being highly organized, efficient, proactive, and essential to the success of any Real Estate team she joins. When Heather isn’t busy helping realtors close deals, you can find her enjoying her free time at the beach, kayaking, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
